300 bottles of stout were matured in a barrique barrel that had previously made red wine at Vylyan Winery and then whiskey in the Gemenc Distillery manufactory. Thanks to the ripening, the barrel flavors appear elegantly in the beer.
The rich chocolate flavor of our stout beer is shaped by the Limitated "Smooth Chocolate" malt of the Crisp Malat factory. The chocolate softness of the beer is wrapped up by restrained carbonic acid, nicely hiding the high alcohol content. Our beer owes its high initial extract content and rich maladic features thanks to multiple mash.
