Our Dragon's Wife Cold IPA beer is a collaboration brew that we made together with Happy Beer Factory.
It is essentially a west coast IPA made with lager yeast (YeastFlow California-common style lager) with a twist: We added rice flakes, which makes the beer dry.

The end result is a fresh, crunchy hop bomb that is even more Western than West Coast IPA. After the first sip, you will wish that your glass would never be empty! :)

Details
