Cold IPA is a very young style of beer, which is essentially a western than west Coast IPA made with lager yeast. We added a large proportion of rice flakes, thanks to which the beer fermented really dry. The final result is a fresh, crunchy hop bomb dominated by peach and tropical fruit notes. After the first sip, you will wish that your glass would never be empty!
