70 bottles of stout were matured in an oak barrel that previously made whiskey in the Gemenc Distillery manufactory. Thanks to the ripening, the barrel's whiskey features appear in the beer.
The rich chocolate flavor of our stout beer is shaped by the Limitated "Smooth Chocolate" malt of Crisp Malt. The chocolate softness of the beer is wrapped up by restrained carbonic acid, nicely hiding the high alcohol content. Our beer owes its high initial extract content and rich maladic features thanks to multiple mash.
